Regarding Date-Specific Products

and Delivery to Certain Remote Islands

Thank you for visiting the Kisaku Online Shop.
For products with a specified delivery date, such as our Warabi Mochi gift items, please place a separate order for each delivery date.
Due to system limitations, we are unable to process multiple shipping charges for different delivery dates within a single transaction.
If an order contains items with different delivery dates, we may contact you by email or phone and cancel the order so that it can be placed correctly.
Please also note that delivery may not be available to certain remote island areas.
This includes some islands in the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands, such as Aogashima, Toshima, Mikurajima, Shikinejima, Chichijima, Hahajima, Iwo Jima, and Minamitorishima.
