Can I make a reservation?
A. We apologize, but reservations for seating only are not available.
Reservations are accepted only for course meals and other menu items that require advance booking.

Q. Are taxis available at Nebukawa Station?
A. No, taxis are not normally stationed at Nebukawa Station. If you plan to visit by taxi, we recommend taking one from Odawara Station. The fare is approximately ¥3,000–4,000.
Q. Can I request a seat with an ocean view?
A. All of our seats offer beautiful ocean views. While we cannot accept seat reservations, a waiting list is available at the entrance before opening. Guests are seated in the order of arrival.
Q. How long does it take to walk from Nebukawa Station?
A. It is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from Nebukawa Station.
Q. Do you have regular closing days?
A. No. We are open every day of the year.
Q. Can I enter with a stroller or wheelchair?
A. Yes. We have a gentle access ramp available for strollers and wheelchairs.
Q. What are your business hours?
A. Weekdays: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM (Last Order) / 5:00 PM–8:30 PM (Last Order)
Weekends & Public Holidays: 11:00 AM–8:30 PM (Last Order)
Q. Do you have an elevator?
A. We are sorry, but we do not have an elevator. Access is available via stairs or a ramp.
Q. What time is the last order?
A. The last order on weekends and public holidays is 8:30 PM. We remain open throughout the day without closing between lunch and dinner.
Q. Do you have tatami seating?
A. No. All seating is provided with tables and chairs.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. We are sorry, but pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.
Q. Do you have private dining rooms?
A. Yes, we do have private dining rooms. However, they are not normally available for general reservations. Guests who reserve a course meal may be offered a private room, subject to availability.
Q. What is the nearest station?
A. Nebukawa Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line is the nearest station.
Q. When is the best time to visit?
A. It varies depending on the season and the day, but guests can often be seated more quickly shortly after opening at 11:00 AM or after 2:00 PM.
Q. Can you call a taxi for me?
A. We can try to arrange a taxi for you. However, due to our location, taxi availability may be limited and we cannot guarantee that one will be available.
