■ Soba: Tastier than dried noodles + longer shelf life than fresh noodles = a new form of "semi-dried soba," a unique blend of stone-ground Hokkaido flour!

■ Soba broth: Achieved a chemical-free concentrated broth in collaboration with a katsuobushi (dried bonito) shop!
